I was billed for two units (748 gallons per unit). The bill was ~$72 but that also includes taxes, fees, sewage, and refuse.

Yeah mine includes all that with a base charge of $17. It seems high to me but I guess it really depends on location.

its usage plus distribution multiplied by 110% and that gives you your sewage fee then add it all together.

pretty sure im getting the shaft and not even a reach around...

even if you use no water its still 150 dollars.

My wife handles bills. I know what WICA is for, first time seeing RAM...reading big long paragraph...they could just give a short cliff like... Just RAMming it up your poop hole for another five bucks

edit: Sewer fee for two units paid yearly around $450

Sewer is about $60/month, billed also in two month cycles. (county public works)

We get billed for our water along with trash/recycle service; water portion is ~$33/month. It's not metered, we pay whether we use it or not.

Separate sewer bill - $52/month

29 bucks a month. That's the minimum charge that you pay even if you use no water. I evidently don't use enough water to crack the minimum charge.

Mine is $65 per month for water, sewage, and garbage removal. I don't have the bill on hand to see the actual water usage, but it's always the same so I assume I'm using less than the minimum.

$42. Front lawn isn't big so not a lot of grass to water thankfully, our back yard is zero grass but it's kind of a non-vegetable garden with tons of plants and some fountains, plus we have an evap cooler instead of AC since we live in a dry climate.

No idea. It's included in the condo association fees. Which are $250 / month. But that covers landscaping, water/sewer, exterior maintenance, etc.

They have middle men since ultimately the complex is responsible for the water usage. They pay the city, you pay them.
