Some of the ones others have listed here are guilty pleasures of mine. I know Nic Cage is a bad actor but I thoroughly enjoy "Gone in 60 Seconds" and "National Treasure". Also, lots of Jack Black's stuff is bad (see: Nacho Libre) but School of Rock and Tenacious D are both very enjoyable.

Not even worried about the L Ron Hubbard shit. Scientology is no more insane than Christianity or Judaism. Its just that we are so used to them they dont seem weird any more.

I really liked The Last Samurai. Even if it was the same formula Zwick already used in other movies, it was much better and more powerful with a Hans Zimmer score.
