Looked like he didn't whoop the lambo as much as he was starting to pull away when the other guy had to brake for traffic.

ROFL I did not watch the video (but I might be able to tell from sound if the GT was modded, but prob not they should be able to beat a merc)...but let us try and edumacate ourselves here...

Ford GT was made by Ford's SVT, or special vehicle team

SVT got most of its parts from Ford's Racing Division

Ford Racing Division makes many of their own parts for use in racing programs and for catalogue use.

One of the many things FR makes is types of exhaust


So one can deduct without even knowing for sure (which I do know for sure) that the GT comes STOCK with FR's Exhaust...the FR500 kit I believe.

I'd call that an obvious mod with the claimed intention of increasing horsepower.

Both are awesome cars, though.
