forgot how to format my drive......how do i do that?

i need to format my drive.......do i do that in my bios?......also, how do i save outlook.....when i tried to save it, it was only like 3 megs big.....and i know its bigger than that.....where do i find the place its at so i can save all my email addy's and previous emails?

is this ur primary drive?

you'll have to boot to dos or partition magic or something like that.

then at a: drive just type format c:

as to saving stuff, is it outlook or outlook express.

yes it is outlook express......and it is my primary drive.....how do i boot to dos?

You can boot to dos by either making a boot disk, or if you're installing winxp or win2k you can boot from cd. first go to bios and change the settings so that it boots from either floppy or cd instead of your hd

edit: to boot to dos just press Delete when the computer starts up. It might not be Delete in some computer so if it doesn't work press F1 or something
