We do best when we are united against a common foe. Short of invading Norway it seems we will never end the insanity that currently separates us. We have too many folks who consider themselves superior to folks of color. And folks of color are sick of it. The recent events does nothing but create in concrete a situation that no march or gun law or anything can dissolve. The best first start is to get everyone to move to the middle politically. To somehow find a way to get the police to be incased in Kevlar everything so that they don't shoot the folks. There was insanity loose in the case of the cop shooting four rounds into a car with a child and two adults. And, this stuff keeps happening. It is insane!
Even in Ireland where 'peace' has sorta been achieved there is still hate between the Protestants and Catholics and if that ain't crazy - same God, Bible and origin - I don't know what is. As Moonbeam might say, 'we're doomed'. Doomed unless we wake up and bite our tongue and agree to put our insanity aside in favor of peace and harmony.
