hey, dc, do you have EcoMoni's music video for "Help!!" ? I just got the mp3, and I dunno if they have a video for it or not. I know it's a terrible song, but I just can't stop listening to it for some reason.

Anyhoo, I've found that to get people that are generally anti-anything-not-american-pop to listen to jpop, you need to start with something a little closer to 'normal' like Do It! Now or My Graduation by SPEED. You can't just jump right into San Nin Matsuuri

Another good one that people might want to watch is the show that had Britney Spears and M~M on at the same time. The dirty looks that Rika was giving her the whole time were great. it was like "Stupid slutty blond girl. I HATE you!" hehe. And the host is creaming his pants the whole time... just saying over and over "it's britney spears!" hehe. yea. good times.

hm, there was the ecomoni "pv" that was at the end of the environmental festival dvd. really cheesy and low budget. lol. and i agree that the song is really catchy. i'll clip it out and upload it for you.

Well I don't read up on news in jpop, and I haven't seen a Morning Musume video in years. But

goto maki graduated from the group on september 23, 2002 on her 17th bday.
abe natsumi grduated from the group on january 25, 2004.

What does graduated mean? What do they do when they graduate?

graduated meaning leaving the group for other pursuits, for maki and nacchi(natsumi) that would be careers as soloists. maki has had 11 singles so far, nacchi has 2 with a 3rd one coming out in about a month.
