Oh, good that you mentioned it. I would have missed this, because I only noted starting times in my hardcopy of your event calendar, but not ending times...

The likely (although illogical) reason for the hour extension is that France and other European countries switch from Central European Summer Time to standard time tonight.

Today's F1 race also starts one hour late even though Mexico and Austin shares same time zone.

boinc said:
PrimeGrid | Sending scheduler request: To fetch work.
PrimeGrid | Requesting new tasks for NVIDIA GPU
PrimeGrid | update requested by user
PrimeGrid | Scheduler request completed: got 1 new tasks

Is PrimeGrid not yet de-listed by Gridcoin, and all the miners jumped on their last chance to monetize PG credits?
Or is PG already de-listed, and all the miners heard the news and left, and the PG admins ramped down their output of sieve tasks by several orders of magnitude?

--------

Edit, joking aside:
The miners are heading off to greener pastures. But it remains to be seen during the next days how many of them aren't watching their whitelist.

PrimeGrid day one ;
Second place for the TeAm. It looks like Gridcoin folks have not heard of the project coming off the Whitelist. Maybe they don't care which would be good for PG although not so much for us this sprint.
Either way continue on...…...

2 TeAm AnandTech 18 ___36,882,027

Two teams who don't care about Formula Boinc had an odd jump in points from 03:00 UTC to 04:00 UTC: SETI.Germany and Sicituradastra. I don't know why that is, maybe a side effect of a monthly challenge by CSF on November 5 - 9.
Exactly 24 hours later, both SETI.Germany and Sicituradastra. had another considerable jump in points from 03:00 UTC to 04:00 UTC. It moved SG back in front of LAF, and is keeping SIAA at double the points of XS. Perhaps these jumps are related to the FB sprint after all. Still I believe that SG (and probably SIAA too) themselves are entirely ignorant of Formula Boinc this year, like last year.

What? Not even a few old CUL-LLR and WOO-LLR points from xii5ku? I know where that lazy bum lives; maybe need to pay him a visit.

I certainly wish I was as lazy and talented as this xii5ku guy, be easy on him!!

On a different note: Sadly for whatever reason I had a machine spitting out error after error on this sprint. Quite embarrassing to me to say the least! Updated nVidia driver and checked for Win7 updates- seems to be running smooth so far. Thankfully it wasn't a PG challenge....... I'd have cut it's cord (throat) and let it die!!

PrimeGrid, the second 18 hours.
League 1 top 10 teams:

League 1 top 3 teams:

SETI.USA dropped a bunker on Friday evening because they like to be closer with us than with the French speaking ones. LAF on the other hand are much more enthusiastic about this sprint compared to earlier ones, and are staying ahead of RKN.

We are about to match Gridcoin's hourly production now, but can we do more...?

Free-DC appears to be lagging quite a bit on stats.

Per Free-DC, I have 59,676,987 points in PrimeGrid lifetime.

Per PrimeGrid, I have 60,775,932 points with 670,829.00 in pending credit.

So roughly 2.45M in production to date for this sprint, but the stats are at least a full day behind for me.
