Damn, I just took the 7970 card out of TR number 4 and put in a new 1080TI yesterday. Now I have to find a new box to put it in.

Hey, it was worth a try. I probably have as many if not more boxes sitting idle as you. Once the weather cools off they will no longer by idle.

I am down to only 3 boxes idle, but now that I have cancer, I am pushing the limit on my electrical panel !

I understand, there's only so much we can do as individuals. I hope your treatment goes well, I have been there and my cancer is in remission at least for now, it is a long road to travel but keep your spirits up.

My bladder is coming out in 6 weeks. Pretty sure (from what they tell me) the cancer will be gone, instead of remission, but that is a big step to take.

mw@h's updated cpu apps don't work quite well with my CPU. Although all cores are clocked at 3.8GHz, its temp only reaches 49°C (29°C ambient).

Good to hear the times are quite lower than I remembered for Nvidia cards, might be worth a shot to include them then.

I've got my nvidia cards in. It's a race, so I'm not sitting this one out.

Does anyone run the N-body tasks? I couldn't find anything on GPU ppd, run times, etc.

My sincerest apologies...I had a half day late start. My back pain is being an a**h*** of late, and a mixture of medication caused me to doze off just before the release of the bunkers, but allowed me to awaken on time in the AM to get to work on time. Great start though!
