Its benn like this for a while now. I got it from actbuy a month ago for this price. They are a nice company. If you don't feel sure with them, ewiz has it for around the same price, they just charge more for shipping.

As for the PSU, its totoally awesome and definately worgh every penny

My concerns are: it says 90 day warranty - typical for refurbs. It says factory warranty info in description below. But there is no factory warranty description in the info. Also, it does not say anywhere it's a new drive, nor does it say refurb. This may be legitimate, but I will go with a more detailed description from another vendor.

many people have bought from actbuy though, im pretty sure its new. People on hot deals link to them for PSUs all the time, its not on sale though as their prices are always like that.
