Fortron FSP220-60LE?

Hello.

I've been looking at building a low power consumption PC that still has some kick in it. From what I've read, this PSU should be quite good what comes to power efficiency, and it has just about the right wattage to run the setup I am thinking about (HD 4670, E5200 with G31 mobo, etc).

However, I haven't been able to find much reviews or such on it. I mainly only saw it in the Tom's Hardware article. But that one didn't really focus on the PSU itself in the sense that I am left wondering for example about how silent/loud it is. I'm aiming at building the PC not only as a power efficient one, but also as silent as possible (Scythe Ninja II for the CPU without the fan if it stays cool enough, passively cooled Sapphire HD 4670, and so on).

Any other experiences and comments on this power source are welcome as well. It's quite pricey considering the output wattage, so I'd rather not end up buying something that doesn't fit my needs. Oh, and since it not ATX-sized, is it hard to secure it into a (micro)ATX case?

Looks like it has a 40mm fan, which is usually not super quiet.

Seasonic makes the Eco 300W with an 80mm fan which is pretty quiet.

True, 40mm isn't optimal... though according to reviews I read, the Eco 300 isn't all that quiet either. And it seems its efficiency isn't that great at the power levels this system would idle at

since when do you judge efficiency by what the system would idle at???

Because most systems idle much more than they are fully loaded. Even gaming rigs often spend most of their time at idle (especially if on 24/7), I imagine a PC built specifically for low power goes much above idle even less of its time
