It had a few seconds lag for me 3+ days ago but has been fine the last couple.

Loaded slow for me a few minutes ago, first time in a while. About 9 second wait, no error messages, no page elements displayed yet, browser status bar showed waiting on fonts.googleapis.com

I was able to visit the www site no problem, but forum just wont load at all the whole day until tonight.

THATS the issue I am sure. Get satellite now. Its affordable they say (the companies that sell it) Rual may now have a solution if so.

The only satellite Internet worth getting is Starlink, unless they've finally got real competition (haven't heard of any outside of a firm that wants to compete in the EU).

Yeah I haven't had any issues recently. Could well just be on your ISP.
