I contacted staff and he got back to me
The PTB are aware of the problem and have done a couple tweaks which seems to have helped.

Forum seems better now, but Twitter is slow. I wonder if the hamster actually has two shift work jobs and just switches between them.

Haven’t gotten any gateway errors but everything is slow as can be. Dunno what is going on.
