Forza 3 game night - part 2

I just started a new position at work so its a lot of learning new stuff and late nights for now. How was racing yesterday?

The little we raced was actually alot of fun. Oversteer brought 3 cars, all of which were much faster than my ride in a straight line but I had it in the corners. Good fun. CK was trying to get used to racing again, he hasn't played Forza since what, 2008?

Also, go ahead and pick your car Oversteer, Skinnee won't be picking. Just bump everyone up a week and keep the order the same.

Sidewaz (sorry, I suck at typing leet speech!) is one of my buds from the AVS boards, he saw us racing on Forza last night and inquired, I told him about the group, he wants to join in.

Thx, for the most part... I try and stay in the back of the pack so I don't run into anyone... still fun.

The first two posts of the thread have most of the info, although right now the 2nd is blank as the current chooser hasn't posted next weeks info yet.

I was awful when I started racing with them. The more you race, the better you'll get.

Weak pack. The morgan is kind of nifty, the mantide is another zr1, does anyone really want to race a x6M?

Yeah I was excited about the Mantide for a moment, then realized it's a ZR1 minus 200 lbs. Whoopdedoo.

The X6M could be surprising, if the Forza model reflects how good it's done in reviews. Take that up to a B-class and have an SUV race - would be fun. I hated racing the other SUV's for the single player event. The only decent one was the BMW X5.

So, is everyone racing with a controller? I have the wheel too... even have the pedals bolted to my computer desk (where I game)... but, the wheel is unwieldy to move about... so it doesn't come out very often.
