It's safe to assume at least one of your parents know about these pics.

It's not safe to assume its your dad.

Your mom could have hired a P.I. And she is waiting to confront him.

So your best course of action is to let this play out on its own. Put pics back where you got them. keep mouth shut. Forget it. If they wanted you to know, they would have told you, you dont want to get involved in your parents sex life.

WTF? I didn't realize you had such insight into the OP's parents history and relationship. Even the OP doesn't know what's up with the picture, so how can you possibly draw such a conclusion? The OP didn't even say how old these photos were. Who's to say they aren't in a committed and loving marriage?
