I think if you know the basic cisco cli, you should be fine with the foundry gear.
If you don't mind, you could take the foundry classes offered by foundry. The 1st one teaches you everything you know up to L3 (FastIron switches). The second class teaches you L4+ and advanced routing (bigIron switches). My understanding is that those two classes pretty much teach you everything you need to know for their switches.
