Your right we should let the states of New York, and California decide who is president of the untied states. Fuck the other 48 states, only liberal states matter.

No you see the President is the President over the entire country. We, as in patriotic Americans, believe in one person one vote.

Not rural state vote = 2X populous state vote.
I know this is really hard but you are not worth more than a New Yorker when it comes to voting you are equal. Our voting process should reflect that.

The real news is the inauguration. Not a bunch of crybaby liberals crying over an election fail. They should demonstrate in front of Hillary and ask her why she failed to capture the middle class voters. Perhaps she had nothing to offer to people that are paying the taxes. She failed to earn our support because she is a liar and a thief. She quit her job as secretary of state because she is a failure.

She got more of those votes than Trump did so your rant is invalid. She failed to capture the red state welfare vote.

I still do not see where that had anything to do with the topic top begin with.

I find it amazing I was told the day I joined the forums in a private message hinted you were one of the trolls here, and you have not changed at all since then.

Perhaps you should ponder on that one a bit.

Who won is not the topic.

Why should I ponder about what butt hurt snowflake liberals think of me?

What topic do you want to talk about? Fox news not covering hate filled liberals? go ahead talk about that. Didn't know we could only talk about one thing here, and that you are the boss of what is talked about.

Wow. We're living in an Idiocracy! Trump is a bigger liar than Hillary was. Trump isn't even a true populist. Populist candidates in Europe at least help out workers. Trump has made it clear he's going to let the rich take even more of the wealth pie. Look at his damn cabinet! Look who he wants to put on the SC! Those Federalist Society members all want even more money in politics, despite Trump's laughable rhetoric he would change the system and drain the swamp. They **** about Hillary getting money in sleazy ways, while Trump is going to change the tax code to just give himself and all his buddies a TON of money each year. It's truly astounding how dumb some people are.

Technically, those rules are unconstitutional. The cap for the House, which affects the EC vote numbers isn't suppose to be there. The First Amendment of the original BoR was about congressional apportionment. Connecticut’s vote to ratify the article was not recorded, but rediscovered later. They've tried to get the Archivist of the United States to do so (unsuccessfully obviously). Furthermore, the WTA method should be ruled unconstitutional. Ironically using the Bush v. Gore decision that applied Equal Protection to voting!

The real target here is our newly elected president and congress. Almost everyone marching knows it will not somehow magically make Trump not President. It will however serve notice to our elected servants including POTUS that a large portion of the electorate (we who are their bosses) are not happy with the jobs they have been doing.

I'd also point out that as normal middle class people do not have millions of dollars of lobbying money to make their voices heard must spend millions of dollars in equivalent man-hours to make their voices heard.

Luckily our first amendment and SCOTUS still allows real speech to equal money.

I'm pretty much impartial and do not give a fsck of your opinion of me.

I'm going to venture elsewhere atm as this is a waste of time and you are just baiting in the thread to begin with.

Our elected Democrats are spineless for a reason. With all the money in politics, you have many corporate establishment Democrats. They would rather have Trump than Sanders, for instance. They can't even vote to pass getting lower drug prices from importing from Canada. It's pathetic.

Edit: They'll also probably cower pathetically if McConnell threatens using the nuke option on SC nominees and vote in his nominee and feign that nothing could have been done. I say bring it on. If they were truly progressive, they would then counter with the nuke option on legislation.

Correct, Trump is not a populist, only in his rhetoric. The problem: I fear that some/many of his supporters are *SO* dumb they wouldn't even understand when his magical promises (steel mills, coal mining etc. just some examples) won't come true. They won't see they got lied to. They won't see that they fell for a liar/scammer and won't see the reason WHY their lives get shittier and shittier while the elites will enrich themselves even more.

These dumb people will (likely) continue to blame Jose, liberals, "the many freeloaders", Muslims or whoever, as THEY.ARE.TOLD.

And this is intended. The people in power right now DEPEND on the ignorance of these people and need to keep them dumb.

Its crazy to me that how pro-trump people don't see the fact that protests are occurring around the world and in the USA as a huge red flag to his presidency.

I don't disagree at all. But in general democratic party despite corporate interests and ties with many rank and file members consistently vote for and support legislation that expands all sorts of supports for the poor and middle class as well as many minority social groups (from social support to things like workers rights and safety providsions). If you follow the ebbs and flows of the US economy there is a clear association of strong economies occurring during democratic sessions and weaker economies and recessions occurring when the red party is in power.

I mean honestly if you're not an independent business owner or proprietor or making >100K USD, you really have no business interest voting for the red team.

Pretty sure most pro-Trump people don't care about the opinions of European libruls in the slightest.

I wouldn't cover these "protests" either.

Previously the term "protest" was used to describe something that can be changed. You can't change the outcome, so all that's being done is a bunch of babies are crying over spilled milk. There is no possible agenda that can answer to their cries. This isn't a protest, this is downright childish behavior.

I'm sure they are protesting for equality though, right? So they are shouting and advocating for..
1) More men to be in college since women are now the majority accepted into college
2) More men to be given custody of children in divorce battles
3) Equality in the court room, where women are more likely to be not be charged and if they are charged they are charged with less time/money than a male.

You know, that equality.
methinks you are attempting to redefine a word. Try a dictionary

Kind of hate to tell you this, but "patriotic Americans" believe in the Constitution. At least 98% of us do.

Never been called typical, well maybe when the word Asshole was used. But anyway I suspect we probably have some political views in common, not many mind you but a few.
