I consider conspiracy theorists to suffer from some sort of mental illness.

I thought so at first as well. But then I realized that they're not really conspiracy theorists. They're nothing more than internet trolls, who bask in anonymity. If anyone knew their real name, they wouldn't be trolling like that.

Looks like there was 21 pages that were redacted from the 9/11 report due to being a "state secret". It was implied that the state secret was a money trail that may lead straight to the Saudi government.

Did Fox mention the Obama administration protecting Saudi princes who allegedly financed al Qaeda from lawsuits, and our Supreme Court doing the same? How about the Visa Express program which basically opened our borders through Saudi Arabia? I'd like to see further interviewing of Michael Springmann from the Visa office in Jeddah Saudi Arabia in would be interesting, but I doubt Fox would dare look into anything of the sort.

I take it you're referencing this part of that transcript in particular:

On the program "Monitor", two independent translators and an expert on oriental studies found the White House's translation to be both inaccurate and manipulative stating "At the most important places where it is held to prove the guilt of bin Laden, it is not identical with the Arabic" and that the words used that indicate foreknowledge can not be heard at all in the original. Prof. Gernot Rotter, professor of Islamic and Arabic Studies at the Asia-Africa Institute at the University of Hamburg said "The American translators who listened to the tapes and transcribed them apparently wrote a lot of things in that they wanted to hear but that cannot be heard on the tape no matter how many times you listen to it.

So, absent a word for word literal Arabic to English translation to prove otherwise, I'm left to believe the independent translators over those from the Bush administration. Granted, there are a few other tape purported to prove bin Laden was behind 9/11, but I've yet to see one that isn't of disputed translation or dubious authenticity. Also note the September 16 2001 entry in the Wiki page linked which cites an undisputed statement from Bin Laden saying "I stress that I have not carried out this act, which appears to have been carried out by individuals with their own motivation."

I have no doubt that suing people in another country would be nothing more than a symbolic note. If those documents redacted do indeed show the money trail and our government covering it up there is a conspiracy. A conspiracy to withhold vital information on who funded and ultimately enabled these attacks. Your links to Visa Express are most unnerving. How credible Michael Springmann is I have no idea. Was he or the Visa Express part of the 9/11 commission report? Saudi's role in 9/11 has been overlooked and ignored for reasons that seem to be more in the governments interests than the peoples.

My skepticism concerning September 11th conspiracies is based on two factors:

First, the extreme improbability of the Bush administration managing to cover up an operation of that scope as effectively as would be required for the paucity of evidence of said conspiracy.

Second, the apparent ignorance of most "Truthers", i.e. the appalling majority of theorists who insist that the wings of a 757 would have ripped through the reinforced concrete walls of the Pentagon, or who insist that a modestly skilled pilot would have been unable to fly into a target the size of the Pentagon or the Twin Towers (for just two examples).
