Old Testament = Jewism = non-peaceful
New Testament = Christianity = peaceful

That's how the books are written. I'm not claiming mankind has done a good job of following the teachings.

Don't troll man....I'm Christian too and I think this lady is crazy

Look....I think the lady should have a hot iron pike shoved up her **** but her views are just as well supported by the bible as the hippie/ turn the other cheek view...........

True.

Jesus was asked, "Which of the commandments is the most important?"

He answered, "Love your God with all of your heart. The second most important is love your brother as you love yourself."

Those two commandments trump everything else. As such, I believe it's most important to love people and try to help people.

You don't think that lady loves the version of god she believes in? Look what she is willing to do for him.

Telling your brothers of the wrath they face is not love? I love my sister and I'm constantly telling her she is fvcking up........

Hahaha. By your same logic, you simply have ONE distorted view of Christianity, what she says and what I said. See I can play games with logic and semantics too. Yay for trying to win an argument by debating....nothing.

Your point of the lack of absolutes, but your "argument" is in turn not an absolute. It can be your OPINION - but its not really logic.

I'm sure she love her version of God very much. So in an abstract sense - she could be right or Christians who don't agree with her can be right. Soooo whats your point? That no one is right in an absolute sense? If that's your argument...well you're not really making a significant point.

Using your logic and reasoning - ANYTHING can have two supportable absolutes.

So your "point" is not really anything substantial.. Simply a troll and attack on Christianity.

Quote the Bible? C'mon now...lets not bring red herrings into the picture.

That wasn't your point at all. You were playing with people's words. People who said that they didn't consider her as being Christian. They weren't saying that she doesn't have a religion. They were saying that they don't think her Christian ideals match theirs.

So again what's your point? Are you defending her? If not...then your simply saying that what she considers her religion can be seen as one. Ok....then what? Other people are saying that she's wrong. How does that make Christianity wrong? (since your goal seems to be to attack Christianity)

If this has anything to do with the Westboro Baptist Church it has NOTHING to do with religion.

Now since you are obviously smarter than me I'll let you tell me wtf those words mean....
....

Sure I'll defend her and her view. Please tell me where she is wrong....

Attack christianity? My only statement that could be viewed as such was written after you started with the 'absolutes' BS.

It may be supported by the bible somewhat but she's misinterpeted the meanings substantially. I'm thinking of getting back into religion but with every church, it seems, has it's own views of what the text in the bible really means.

Offended? Not really..just pointing out that not only are you saying 1) the Bible supports the lady's views. 2) That the bible also supports what other people have been saying in this thread. Again, I say sooo whats your point? No one who reads this thread thinks that you are being objective in your statements.

You continue to make these statement #1 every time that a person responds they feel she is wrong. Again, what's your point? Are you defending her? Or are you trying to slip some weird attack on people's views/Christianity in every time someone disagrees with her. Unless you have something significant to say - i would say you're just trolling - either to antagonize people or attack Christiantiy.

You got upset and started making rude comments - perhaps I have offended you?

...My twisted way of saying she needs to shut her face because she's only pissing people off.

I'd have a hard time convincing myself not to at the very least confront her, personally.

You are right according to Jewism. You are wrong according to Christianity.

Since Christianity is the new covenant with God, the current covenant, you are wrong.

A Christian is wrong to behave the way she is behaving. The New Testament, the basis of Christianity, does not support what she is saying.

A Christian is wrong in spreading the word?

I would say that the old laws should not be done away with as prophecy has not been fulfilled.

Attack christianity? My only statement that could be viewed as such was written after you started with the 'absolutes' BS.

Again, youre playing with people's words and intentionally over-analyzing what they say to make your point Did the previous quote indicate that her belief could not be consider a religion?? Of course not. They were making a hyperbolic statement to emphasize the fact that they felt what she did was wrong, especially against what the poster believes.

It would be similar to someone calling a corrupt cop, not a "real cop." Are they saying that objectively they aren't a real cop? Of course not. They are simply emphasizing the point that "real cops" should not be corrupt.

So now you're either
1) simply stating that what she could believe could be considered a religion in her view. No one argues that at all. I previously posted that ANYTHING (including the Bible) can be interpreted to fit one person's own view.

or
2) Trying to attack people (mostly Christians) who feel that her view don't match theirs. None of the previous posters claim that her view couldn't be considered a "religion" in the objective view.

So then again my point is why??? Your other statements seem to indicate a dislike of Christianity. That's simply trolling.

Is she spreading the message of forgiveness and love through Jesus Christ? Or is she spreading hate and judgement?

The old laws should not be ignored, but Christ was clear in saying which of the commandments are most important.

First...where did I make rude comments? I guess you are just unfamiliar with me.

Obviously one view has to be supported more. If not what can be said for the book you put so much stock in?

Again....yes I will defend her.
