Just got mine too! Seems to be working fine. Of course, I DL'd and installed and uninstalled the SW. And now, their support people keep sending me questions about how I like the software.

On the stackable issue everyone keeps raising - these $10 certs are gift certificates not coupons so yes, they are stackable. You can have as many gift certificates as you want on any order, but usually only one coupon.

FYI - I used this with the $10 off of $50 coupon that is posted right on Amazon's page for Toys R Us spring discounts. Link Here Everything there is already 50% off.

I got two GB Color cartridges plus a Barbie and Kelly dolls for the kids, and a halogen bike lite to bring the total to $51, less $10 in GC less $10 in coupon + shipping brought the total to around $37. Not bad for 5 items shipped!
