It's not by IP either, because I did it on several computers (note: it actually doesn't say 1 coupon per person, it says 1 coupon per purchase, I read the fine print and the web pages leading up to it). I did find and delete: temp files, temp internet files, history, the Birx6ie Control thingy in the "Downloaded Program Files" folder. Gets me farther, but still stops...
