It's not totally free. You need to pay $10 for processing. You can choose from 40 different locations. There may be other catches to this, but hell, Las Vegas costs about $60-150/night. and I'm not sure if it's always the same answer but I chose Las Vegas as the answer cuz i know what it looks like.

heh.... they only show a pic of vegas.. no matter how many times you refresh. Smells kinda fishy to me. If its too good to be true it probably is... heh

I've done one of these before and no problems. Not with the same company though. Got a three day 2 night stay at the Monte Carlo (one of the only hotels I ever stay at) for total expense of $60. I had to pay for taxes and stuff. But hey man, its still a deal.

Did anyone else see that this also enrolls you in the "Travel Club" for $300 bucks, you can cancel after 30 days, but I'm sure not giving them my credit card.

They probably get you there, then waste your time trying to sell you on a time share. Thats what these "free" vacations usually end up being....

And there's an affiliate ID in that link...so they get a kickback if you do decide to join the timeshare/etc.

Yeah, went to one of those timeshare marketing schemes before thinking it was a free trip to vegas. Went there, they gave their presentation, refused the timeshare, but I DO get my tickets to vegas though. So not a bad deal.

I got one of these in my junk mail account, but it in the terms and conditions it states that there is no time share involved. I'm kinda wary though. I don't think it's a good idea to buy anything that comes from my spam email account, even though this seemed like a legit deal.

I've done this also. Listened to a 90 minute presentation from TrendWest Resorts they tried to sell me a timeshare I said no, gimme my free airplane ticket and free hotel. They gave it to me, the whole trip including roundtrip airfare and hotel (3 day - 2 nights) only cost $30 per person for taxes, not to bad. Only bad thing was it's a midweek trip so you have to take off the entire week from work. Other than that it was super cheap and easy. I'll be visiting TrendWest Resorts again this summer for another free vacation. If anyone wants their toll free number PM me.

I just did about 2 months ago. I came upon the little quiz and decided to do it. I'm going to vagas after my sisters wedding and being a poor college student made me say...What the hell I can't lose, I've got fraud protection on my cc so I applied was charged 10 bucks and received a form to fill out with where I wanted to go and when (with an alternate date also). I filled it out and sent them a refundable deposit of $50. (I'm still cautious so I use one of those credite card checks). The deposit is for damages or something but you get it back I think. Anyway I received a confirmation call and there you have it I'm going to vagas for 2 nights for 10 bucks. Unless I don't get my deposit back. BTW they put you up in a hotel which one ???? not a clue they don't bookem until 1 month in advance and then you get a final confirmation 2 weeks prior to going. But I was assured it will be one of the chain hotels. I'll post back in a week when I find out

Since I received about 40 PM's here's the info:

I'm not sure if TrendWest Resorts has an office in your area but it can't hurt to try. Here's what to do:

1) Call TrendWest Resorts at 1-888-773-6600
2) When someone answers the phone tell them you were returning a call but can't remember who left the message.
3) Just tell them it was "something about a timeshare presentation and I get a free plane ticket/hotel in Las Vegas?" just basically play dumb.
4) They'll take your name, address and phone number and try to locate an office that's near you.
5) You'll receive an invitation card in the mail, go to the 90 minute presentation, tell the salespeople "no I don't want to buy, gimme my free plane ticket and hotel".

That's it. Enjoy!

I was offered "free" vacation many times, but was never offered free airline tickets.

I don't know if it applies to this offer or not, but I have received some offers that give the free air, but require you to pay the listed hotel price and stay a minimum number of days. In these cases, the listed hotel prices are more than they are when you book directly with the hotle, so you really pay for the air in end.

This is not legit. They automatically enroll you in the $300 travel club. You have to wait 30 days before you ask for a refund. And you have to pay taxes, etc. If you guys think this is a hot deal, I've got some land in Florida to sell you.
