The phenom II x4 840 is really an Athlon II 645 with a 3% mhz bump (3.2 instead of 3.1 ghz). (Phenom IIx4 840 is the only Phenom II with 0 l3 cache instead of 6mb or 8mb l3 cache).

So you need to multiply the benchmarks on the Athlon II x645 side via 3% higher or 3% lower (depending on whether the benchmark prefers higher or lower). Same logic to whatever OC your Q6600 attained.
