FWIW I got my email RMA number within 24 hours. I shipped my card to them via 2nd day USPS & got my new card within about a week. Perhaps it was 8-9 days.

If you shipped them a card right before Christmas, you might be in for some additional delays. Lots of people take time off between Christmas and New Years & some companies shut down for that week...

Anyone wonder if this is just a good way for them to get rid of their buggy/faulty stock that they and other manufacturers got? I'm not up on all of the details, but it makes me wonder.

Everyone buying from CL remember...
"Graphics cards being returned for exchange in the BFG Trade Up Program must be returned in clean, ?like new?, fully working condition, with all packaging, CDs, manuals, and accessories with a copy of the original receipt or invoice from the authorized seller."

This promotion was not a part of the "BFG Trade Up Program". I sent my 6800OC in with nothing more than a working card, and the 9600GT OC I got in return works great.

Thanks BFG Tech!

Yea, this deal specifically stated not to send in anything but the card. It even stated that the original box is "not suitable" for shipping and "do not include accessories". I suppose I was put on the back burner due to the holidays, but an email would have been nice... It's been nearly 3 weeks now since I shipped.

If anyone still has a 7600 or 6800 they'd like to get rid of (EVGA/XFX/BFG)..... I'm looking for an AGP card of that era. See sig link for more info.

Yes the deal was only active for a couple of weeks before Christmas and is now over. A special promotion I suppose, but seems like just a few of us caught it.

Wouldn't make sense since they offer a lifetime warranty, so if they sent you a bum card, they'd just be replacing it again down the road. Mine has been running fine for nearly two weeks now.
I was thinking they wanted to maybe stock up on some of these at the same time as they lower the number of them in the wild, so fewer AGP cards to support.
