I'd almost forgotten about this too. Ordered quite a while back (maybe a month and a half ago) and have not received my book or coasters yet, either.

Oh well, at least I got my St. Pauli Girl poster
And it only took a week to get here, too.

You can still sign up and get a deck of cards and possibly a poster, it offered me to get the poster even though it's marked as OOS.
Too bad, I wanted the book.
