Just be sure that you've purchased no other PNY flash-type memory cards with rebates before. If you have, they will likely void your rebate - I've lost several PNY rebates because of this "qualification".

I can't tell for sure.. will that rebate work on the 64 mb card? If if will is that a good deal? 32 just seems a tad small to me.

The rebate is for the 32MB card. Go to the Staples Rebate Center and review the form for rebate criteria. Multiple PNY media cards qualify for rebate under offer # 03-56032, and the limit is one.

There's actually 2 rebates for the 32mb SM card

Rebate offer 03-56032 - $30.00 valid for purchases made 3-23-03 thru 05-31-03

Rebate offer 03-56544 - $15.00 valid for purchases made 3-31-03 thru 5-11-03

You still have alot of time to pick up the card but you may want to save the rebate forms to your computer in case Staples made an error posting 2 rebates for this card. I do know that only the $15 rebate printed out when I purchased my card yesterday.

No rebates printed out when I got mine from the local B&M. I submitted the $30 rebate form I downloaded from Staples.com.

This rebate WILL NOT be fast. Read the rebate terms. Processing of the rebates will not begin until the promotion closes. Expect 12-14 weeks to get your rebate.

Check on your rebate guys!

I just got off of the phone with the Staples Rebate Center. They claim my rebate is invalid because the UPC doesn't match thier UPC for this rebate! The CSR asked me to read my UPC number to her. After I read back the UPC number, she said that she would forward this up for further review and issued me a Case Number.

I see trouble ahead.

They screwed up at the rebate center and have invalid for everyone. They know its a mistake on their part but will not correct it until you call them. They are talking about this alot over at the wallet.

Lucky I found the thread again.

I just got a resubmission noticie today saying my UPC was invalid. I've never had a problem with a Staples rebate so I didn't photocopy the UPC. I still have the packaging though. I was told to call back in 2 business days to check the status.

After going round and round with the Rebate Center -- first giving me the call back in 2 days story a couple of times, then call back in 5 days -- they finally told me to go back to the store where I bought it and talk to the manager. The Rebate Center said that the B&M store managers have been made aware of the problem. They, however, would/could not go so far as to tell me what the managers were told to do about. So, with some reluctance, I went back to the store. To my pleasant surprise, the manger, without the slightest bit of hassle, put a credit on my card (including tax )!

Go back to your store guys, if you want this rebate paid!
