I recently got my Compusa 20$ memory rebate. Took about 2 months. Staples was real fast. Came within a month.

It also has the Maxell 20pk AA batteries for $.99 after $9 MIR.

For info, the CD Projects holder is not very high quality. I got one at the Staples deal a few weeks back. Still, can't beat the free price.

? My CC flyer only shows the CD Projects. Does anyone know the quality of the Motion Systems. I was just leaving to pick up the CompUSA Case Logic 208 CD holder for $19.99. I find the free CD holders OK if you are not using them every day as some of them have a tendancy for the sleeves to fall out. For heavy use, the higher quality ones are much better. Of course, they come at a price.

I know that feeling - last week the steel cd-case wasn't in our flyer. Both of the 64 wallets for today are online and both show as free after rebate.

Does anyone know if the latest battery deal (0.99 after $9.00 rebate) can be used if you already used the $9.99 rebate for the same battery pack previously? The folks at CC were not sure.

personal experience with cc rebates. they are slooooooooooow but do come thru. expect at least 4month for wait time. i guess as long as they dont file chapter 11, rebate will eventually come. thanks for the post. off cc i go

The online rebate form says that the rebate is only good for purchases made from 12/16 through 12/22 so previous purchases and rebates used shouldn't matter. There is no mention of only x number of times per year you can do this, or anything of that nature. I have done it several times with no problems. If you still aren't sure call 1-888-213-9761 ( the number on the rebate form) and ask.

I'll second that. Thanks Allisom. Local CC had no CD Projects but quite a few Motion Systems. I picked one up. The quality is actually rather good, much better than the CD Projects I got at Staples a couple of moons ago. Let's hope the CC rebate is as efficient as the Staples one. Well, I can always dream.

Picked up the Writepad, Trippline surge and CD case today.
Have the paperwork already done. Just have to get stamps tomorrow AM on
the way to work.

CC rebates have always come through for me. They do take time (about three
months) though and always seem to come through.

This is very true. Make sure you all keep copies of the rebates U submit. After the 10 week period, give them a call and the idiots will tell your check has just been issued and should go in mail in a day or two. If you don't call it may never get issued!!
