Amp should cut out before your sub blows, unless you bridge it funny or running way too much power to your sub.

There are gonna be alot more of "those cars" that you can hear and feel from 100 yards away!!! You can never really hear music just BASS so this is what everyone has been using!!:Q

Yes finally I can see if I'm as cool as the kid with the $100 car and the $3000 stereo. My favorite explanation of the loud of bass in a car is that he liked to "feel the music on my back". I'm sure that you could rig a vibrating chair to go with the music and still keep your hearing/sanity/wallet I do have a tiny 8" sub in my car to give depth, but you cant hear it outside the car, or down the street, or across town... Thanks for the CD, I'm curious as how my system checks out.

In about 20 years, they won't be hearing much of ANYTHING...Hearing loss is irreversible...
