I got the same message. No you didn't miss it because you're actually signing up for "Your FREE VERITAS Backup Exec Network Storage Executive CD and Information Kit" but they're also sending binoculars along with it while supplies last. If that's not the case, they didn't update the message because I got that on Veritas last promo.

I got their CD & a letter that said "here are your binoculars"
but no actual binoculars tho...:|

We actually use their product....well, used to. They changed their license model from one lisense backs up whatever you want to requiring a separate license for each server to be backed up. The price for us went from $1500 to $29000!!!! Now theres a good move....

I just got a letter from Veritas that said here are my binoculars and demo on CD. In the package as only the cds .

Anyone else get the binoculars or got stiffed like me?

I got the envelope without the binoculars too.
My envelope was sealed with tape so at first I thought someone had taken them from
the post office and resealed it...but I guess not.

I believe they only had 100 of these binoculars on-hand so very few of us actually got this.
