CCNA doesn't touch VoIP, but its still worth it to learn about it.


I went to a Cisco deminar they had for VoIP and the technology is good but you better have 40ms or better ping time between locations or it won't work well.

hey,

there's a LOT more cisco books to be had, i was playing with the numbers at the end, and changed it to this and i got another book titled "Achieving business value from technology". So now there are 2 more things that need to be known, 1. exactly how many different books are they offering, and 2. how many can you get?
