Free Computer Calculation Error

Under the advisement of a senior member, I'm going to say that THERE IS A LOW PROBABILITY YOU WILL ACTUALLY GET A FREE COMPUTER, but who's to stop us mischevious frugals from trying.

Anybody who is buying a computer, go here and find that the total calculated price on the PC you custom design, is $0! Just go to add to order, fill in your info, and try it out.

Your title shows that you know this is an error. Anyone who reads this thread also knows it. AnandTech's Hot Deals forum is not intended to be a place to beat up on merchants whose software is obviously malfunctioning.

Jake - he was posting a flaw in c-sources coding - c-source is actually obligated to give the computer at that price if you have a screenshot of it - thing is they wont of course - dont think flame him just because hes a junior member

don't even bother....in the policies age near the bottom above the Y2K disclaimer, it says that they will cancel any order with a typographical error or misprint. prices are subject to change without notice. THAT MEANS THAT THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER WHEN THEY COME AROUND TO VERIFYING IT! and since you are all requesting a custom-built computer, it won't ship for 5-7 business days becassue they have to build it obviously. DON'T GET SCREWED ON THIS DEAL AND COME BACK WHINING!!! I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF PEOPLE WHO WHINE WHEN SOME COMPANY WON'T GIVE YOU "FREE" STUFF THAT YOU NEITHER EARNED NOR DESERVE. SO DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Jake, go to hell you elitist moron. Of course I have the logic to realize that this is not very feasible, but if the place did manage to overlook an order that was merely processed by computer and charged to a credit card accordingly (no charge), they would have no right to charge the credit card the real fees unless the cardholder gave explicit permission.
Beyond that, I have been posted my ass off everyday giving away the deals that I myself partake in, which might in the end be detrimental to me if the company decides to cancel all orders within a certain time period. I post these things for jerks like you who take the time to spite other people. So why don't you sit down, calm down, and shutup because you're doing NOTHING productive here.
