Free crap
The free "margaritas" at the Casino Royale are great for keeping you cool when walking down the strip during the summer heat. They don't keep track of how many times you go in there so you can keep drinking, just don't expect to get drunk.

casino royal is kind of a dump compared to all the places around it...it may be good for one drink, but i wouldnt want to stay there

Gamble anywhere and you get free drinks.
Gamble at the nicer joints and get top shelf drinks.
Don't gamble? Walk into Slots A Fun (next to Circus Circus--the Saddest Place On Earth) and get Heineken or Amstel bottles for $1.

My 11yo son doesn't even like CC except for their thunderfart dome or whatever it's called. And then he just wants to hit each ride once and go. LoL

We're staying at the Excalibur (ick). Kid loves the kids zone downstairs. Last time he walked out with like two garbage bags full of prices and crap. Heh. Plus they've got $1 Roulette tables. Woot!

I printed out the pages from that site to take with... I'm poor this time around, so need all the help I can get.

Next to the MGM is an entertainment complex that the kids would love. Took nephews & nieces there last summer. They had a ball.

Are you talking about Gameworks? That place is great. There's a crazy air hockey table there that gets like 5 pucks going at once. Lots of fun.

Only been to Vegas once myself...that was about 12 years ago...and that would make me 9 when I was there. We stayed at Circus Circus...It was alright, and the indoor roller coaster was interesting, but we went to Caesar's...that was pretty awesome in there.

The "dumps" have lower limits. When I stayed at the Venetian, I lost $100 in 20 minutes at its casino on the first night at a six-deck black jack table with the lowest available minimum bet, $10. The next night, I went next door to Casino Royale, which has one deck Black Jack with $3 minimum bets. I lost $100 in one hour--much better deal

75 today, going to hit 80 thursday. The problem with all that free stuff is residents can't use most of it, but I do get the paramedic discount at all the strip clubs with my badge.

I was there two weekends ago--It got down to about 40 at night! Should have brought a coat. Rainy too--screwed up the Nascar races, I heard.

Some casinos will allow you to purchase special chips at a discount. These chips can not be cashed out, but must be played with.You will have to look around and maybe ask before you arrive or make the trip to a special casino.

Example: Fiesta ($10 gets $15 in chips).

Hey, if anyone goes into the MGM Grand...check out the video displays (Plasmas and Guest room TVs). That is my companies (Message Link Inc.) handy work! I do their graphic design and my art (or so called art) is shown in a lot of hotels in the US.

Also, if your in laughlin, check out the free auto museum at don laughlins casino. We took a free bus down there and got to see the hoover dam. Only bout 1.5 hrs too.

I happen to prefer the gambling in Laughlin as compared to Vegas.

I live in Vegas...this is probably the best time of year to visit. The temperature today got into the upper 70s or low 80s, and this says it should stay that way at least through Sunday.
