Thanks for this link, but god@heaven.com was already in use, so I demoted myself to godlike@heaven.com and it all worked. Equifax wants a lot of personal info, but nothing they don't already have. WTF.....

I got the same message Stang57, I'm going to try later, and I hope it works. Maybe this deal is dead from AnandTech Effect? I hope not, I want to know my credit score (without having to pay or supply CC #).

Yeah I did one for my wife and had to use jesus@heaven.org. Worked like a charm!

These things are all relative. My listed balance is no where near what is really is right now. If they had the correct balances that are current my score would be 100-110 points higher according to them.

I have credit card accounts that are almost 9 years old that are still shown as open. I had thought I closed them years ago.

just found out that they charged me $40...did i do something wrong? anybody else have this happen? i dont usually get tricked like this...

edit: they debited my bank acct...pissed me off.

My report said it cost $0.00 when I filled out the info, did yours? I also didn't have to provide any payment information. My bank accounts remain uneffected, my credit cards uncharged, and I haven't gotten any invoices in the mail yet... so I think you probably did something wrong.

i wonder...if this has nothing to do with it. my checking acct shows "HOUSEHOLD CHP" ....what the hell is that? california highway patrol? i dont drive down here at school.... household bank? im looking into that..

You don't need to take that survey to get your free 'Score Power' number. It's already available free on Equifax's web site.
