Reason I ask this is that Lowery's Seasoning sent me a letter saying they "...can't send powdery substances though the USPS mail system at this time due to Anthrax scares..."

i never received my stirfry seasoning becuz they said they weren't allowed to send stuff that's powder....
but that was when all the mail scare and everything was on the news 24/7
