I suggest you do what I did and call sales BEFORE the install while you
still have some leverage. My install guy was late yesterday and when I
called to complain I had the phone rep check the notes on my account
and the sales person had updated my account to show they would protest
any charges if I cancel after one month just like she said she would.
That's one more weapon if I do end up getting charged for cancelling.
