I think I've actually used this brand before. Walmart actually has some cheap ones, packages of 40 but they were reasonably priced, can't recall the price though. These are probably cheaper but ones from Walmart would do in a pinch.

No way!! Like a PP said, there always seems to be holes in the bottom of the shopping bags. These are better if you have a smaller dog, a shopping bag is entirely too big for my dog.
