free education

considering one of the hottest deals is a free university class education, how about compiling a respositorty for universities and other institutions that offer free courses for the public.

here are a few that i know:

MIT OpenCourseWare
Stanford on iTunes (requires iTunes)
Barnes & Nobel University (they have a few free courses. they used to have some decent stuff, i don't know about now.)
World Lecture Hall (a search engine to find free courses on many subjects)
onlinebooks.library.upenn.edu Listing over 25,000 free books on the Web
IT professional classes
free IT tutorials and training
free JAVA books
Cal's webcasts and podcasts

so if anyone has any others, please add them to the list.

NEW:

free online language courses
some free it tutorials
BYU independent study religion and geneology classes
a whole slew of free course from a range of subjects
free msft courses by...well... microsoft
learn a bit of information about a slew of things so that you can handle almost any scenario
