I've used if for two years, and have been pleased with the program. Easy to install, excellent ease of use, and very quick and nimble as it is light on the resources.
Almost daily auto updates, too.

I've used this product for last 6 months, and I really like it. Doesn't take up the hard drive space Norton does. Also, doesn't seem to conflict with my windows system when installing other software like Norton did. Also, like Carbo said very easy to install and use. I also have and like their Pest Patrol product. I've also had to e-mail their tech support and got back very quick response.

not a bad deal, been around for over a year since my previous subscription expired a few months back. The AV is good stuff (it's the same engine as the enterprise protection that CA provides, and remember they're a huge company).
The version I got last year also had a rebranded version of zone alarm included.

It's not necessarilly better than say AVG antivirus (free) + Zone Alarm (free) though, so it's a matter of personal choice.

We have a site license for this at work. It is a terrible product - less than McAfee and Norton. It doesn't catch email attachment viruses (bagle.b, etc..) and doesn't quaratine viruses correctly. If you don't have virus scan, then get this one. Otherwise, stick with the other two.

I feel the need to support CocoGdog on this one. We had a site license for this product as well. My main complaint about it was that the definition database was terrible. Stuff other AV companies were picking up were being missed by this thing. Software that was clearley malicious on our networks were sometimes classified as "adware" by their research division and therefore not removed (I'm talking about apps that would hide themselves from explorer.exe and recopy themselves if you tried to delete them). New virii would hit our network and run havok on it, while other AV companies would have already had updates out. Like CocoGdog said, get this only if you don't have any protection on your computer. If you have Norton or McAfee, stick with them.

Nice catch. And thanks for the referral free link.

As others have said this isn't the best antivirus product out there. I know someone who had this and a virus got past it. Ended up using AVG to get rid of it. Might try it out still (on a old computer)

Oh well, I was hoping eTrust might be better than McAfee. McAfee v7 was good, but every version after that was a huge resource hog. It lags my computer like crazy when I boot, and it uses an IE ActiveX to download its updates. Ughh.
