Comcast is cancelling people saying they are using excessive bandwidth. So, this is good tool to kinda help you watch out.

i currently use NetLimiter. not freeware but besides allowing u to see ur upload/download speed, it has individual stats for each program that connects online. also allows u to limit the speed of individual programs which i find a lot more helpful than just seeing ur speed.

I have noticed that too, which sucks, but oh well. The price is right at least..... Anyone know of a workaround for this?
