At anyrate, I just got the free boxer (no tax) yesterday from the one at Valley Fair (San Jose, CA). I was gonna buy something cuz I would feel a little guilty walking out of the store with the free boxer w/o speding a single penny on something else, but I just couldn't find anything suitable for me from there. Then, on my way home, I stopped by Walmart to pick up a pair of cargo shorts and 100% cotton shorts for around $20+tax.

But many places say you are responsible for the tax on an item, don't know how to explain it better because no tax in Delaware!
