I read a couple of different testimonials from people on FW that said their on-line status never updated with an order number. One guy said he called Discover and they had no idea because they already sent the info about the first purchase to mygpsoffer.com. But the gps still showed up anyway. This deal has been going on since mid May and I haven't seen anybody complain that they didn't receive their GPS. You can shoot an email to them or give them a call. I would say, don't call them unless you really need to.

got my email today to say it's been shipped, got a tracking # thru UPS, not DHL as others did

Received card 7/4/08
Made first purchase 7/4/08
Email received to say it had been shipped 7/29/08

Received card next week & immediately made purchase
Got first bill and immediately paid it about a week ago
Got email 7/29 that GPS shipped & per tracking info, it is supposed to arrive today.

PS-do you have to do anything special to get the $50 by making a monthly purchase? I declined everything extra the CSR offered me when I validiated the card, but I have been using it for one purchase a month.

just received today, shipped from amazon.com. don't forget to register on the garmin website to get the free map upgrade

How much was your purchase. There have been some reports of Discover just crediting your account if the charge is too small because they would lose money sending you a bill.

Nope, dates are all correct, before i posted i looked on my newegg account to see when i purchased the dvd writer. ordered that the same day i received the card. and looked thru my inbox to see when i got the confirmation that i had requested the card, and was approved.

My order was also 6107XXX, and I received my GPS yesterday. A few posts above this I posted my chronology-basically signed up for the card the day it was posted here, got it & used it within a week.
