When you recieve your product make sure you read the main page so you dont rub your meat wrong !
"When applying a rub to meat we don?t actually rub the spices into the meat, as the name would suggest. If you rubbed the spices on the meat more would end up on your hands than the meat. When applying a rub, don?t skimp on the amount; sprinkle the meat thoroughly and evenly"
A big advantage of meat rub is it allows you to cook your meat with flavourings with a more varied range of BBQ temps and times as compared to sauce. Sauce contains alot of sugar which burns easy. It's been my experience that alot of people put their sauce on way to early. A good rub can go along way to a better BBQ experience.
