When you recieve your product make sure you read the main page so you dont rub your meat wrong !

This is a GREAT deal! The massage parlor I go to usually charges an extra $20 for a meat rub...and that's not even a gourmet meat rub!!!!

A big advantage of meat rub is it allows you to cook your meat with flavourings with a more varied range of BBQ temps and times as compared to sauce. Sauce contains alot of sugar which burns easy. It's been my experience that alot of people put their sauce on way to early. A good rub can go along way to a better BBQ experience.

Rub Tips

· Don?t rub, sprinkle

· Apply thoroughly and evenly

· Don?t reuse leftover rub after it has been applied to meat, it will be contaminated from the bacteria in the meat

· After applying rub, allow the meat to absorb the flavor of the rub.

Funny you should mention those two......My GF was applying those same terms whilest rubbing some meat yesterday.....
