from the UK , looks iffy. I did it, but don't expect it to show after reading the posts . if they don't ship it lets all report them to the FTC to stop them from doing this again and again and again.

I signed up with them last time they did this and never got my software. Got loads of spam though. And for some reason, I had to send about 4 remove requests to get off their list. For kicks, I signed up again, but I don't expect to get anything (although some people did last time).

zedos: How could you possibly have missed out on this game? This is the best game I have ever played in my whole life. It did the same thing for me that doom did back in the day. That means being up till 4am with all the lights off wondering where that growl was coming from and when it was going to jump out and kill me. Even if you dont get it thru this promo, buy it, youll love it!

This game rules, and I was just about to go out and get the Game of the Year pack, but what the hey, free is free is free is free...

Shoot. I just saw the last few posts in this thread.

They had emailed me and told me I was missing some stuff in my sign-up info (namely, I put a line all the way across for phone number--hey, I'm not even going to be using it to buy/sell, why the heck should I put my phone # there). So, I just put in a fake #..but looks like I won't be getting it anyway.

I had Half-life, but sold it and got Q3..if I could get a free version though, I'd put it back on my computer Ah well..

Haven't received HL yet, but I have received a lot more SPAM email in my box since registering. I wouldn't have suspected them of giving out my email address, except that one of the spam emails tried to make out like it was a response to an auction of mine (and I haven't done any fleaBay transactions in over 6 months).
