These freebie deals are a hit and miss game. Sometimes you get and sometimes you don't. The associated SPAM, on the other hand, is an absolute guarantee.

Here's a tip...

When signing up for these freebies use the company's name as your name.
For Example:

Jetdry Spam
9999 Your Street
Your Town, YS 99999-1111

That way when you get mail you know who is selling your name. I also have a yahoo! account that I have all of my spam sent to. Check it once a week and delete everything.
