Solid black rubber, although a little thinner then I would like. It is a bit loose on the newer video models, but fits. The screen doesn't stay put on the newer models. Little JW emblem on the bottom back right.

just got mine today... the bubble packaging was weird.. The package was sealed with some pink/purple jelly stuff...

This skin is for 4G ipods. Fits mine perfect. If you're trying to use it on any other model ipods, it's not going to fit very well.
