They can fold up shop tomorrow for all I care...I'll not be forced to speak with a vendor in order to sample a <$5 cutting tool.
I work in the environmental consulting field and we have ~10 local field technicians and hundreds of field technicians in the firm who all have to use safety blades (i.e., corp. policy does not allow "fixed" blade utility knives).
Based on the above,there was a decent chance they could have had a fairly large order if I liked their products/pricing.
Even if they are "giving away" a sample...I choose if and when to contact a vender and not the other way around.
