I wish they would carry them around us. All we have is Dunkin Doughnuts and they are so bad. I do not understand how a shop that makes there own doughnuts can sell stale doughnuts and serve bad weak coffee.

I'm a donut fan, but don't eat them (can that make sense?). Typically the donuts in the grocery store are slightly bigger anyway and come with volume discounts. Donuts made with lard, which is arguably healthier than some shortenings, can sometimes be found in oldtime grocery stores.

You are so wrong... While I won't comment on their Doughnuts, Dunkin's coffee is the bomb. It's definately better than Starbucks, and most gourmet roasts out there. You may be subconsciously biased because of the styrophome cup, but a blind taste test would definately put Dunkin's coffee out on top.

I just recieved my coupon and it only good at retail Krispy Kreme outlets. Got my cupon and went to the brand new Krispy Kreme that opened up in Brandon, FL.

I was told - Sorry, we don't have that donut. We are a franchise store and not a company store so we do not carry the special donuts.

I am sorry, I was confued by your Krispy Kreme sign. I guess that is what it means by participating stores. I was extremely disappointed.

I have actually been in and out of the restaurant and coffee business for the last 30 years. There coffee is not very consistent except for being consistently mediocre. They buy there coffee by lowest bid. Mostly robusta beans and a few very low quality arabica. I agree that Starbucks is not that great, they start off with better beans, but burn it pretty bad. I usually just make my own, because short of a good coffee house I am usually not satisfied with anyone else's coffee. It is really not hard to make good coffee. Just grind your own beans just before brewing and buy decent beans. It does not have to be expensive, just reasonable beans. I have even roasted my own, but it is a pain to buy, roast, cool then grind and brew. Not sure how Starbucks and Dunkin can sell so much coffee. The only saving grace is that it is usually hot and not old.

yea i prefer a solid donut to some cotton candy donut. i like those old fashioned donuts or bear claws while both good, crispy creme is overrated.
