My filler was delivered on Friday but the chair never arrived. I am waiting a few extra days to see if the chair ever comes. I placed the order on Thusday, and OD still has not charged my credit card. If the chair never shows up and they never charge my CC, then I got 3 reams of laser printer paper for free - which is still pretty hot (although not as hot as a free leather chair.)

Got home today and the filler item was sitting on my porch with no chair. Got upstairs and there was a message on the machine from them to give customer service a call. Called and they said the chair was now back ordered but I would receive it within 4 days and they made no mention of any extra charges, so we'll see how this works out...

Got mine last Friday. CC still only shows the filler I bought.

Almost makes up for the cancelled HP 1320 Monochrome LaserJet Printer they screwed me out of a few months ago.

I am sitting on that chair as I type - not bad at all, better than two previous ones that broke after few months' abuse. I hope more people took my advice and got that $5 ms mouse.. Actually, I am more of a logitech person, but it looks like a perfect match for any laptop

EDIT : shoot me, I am an idiot.. rebate needs a laptop purchase to work not too shabby for $15, but oh well

Good to see some people getting their chairs. Seems like they really mucked things up, soem get orders completely cancelled, some get filler items, some get free chairs, some get charged for chairs.

mine just says shipped by 3rd party, got my fillers but no sign of my chair, the package list included the chair and said 2 carton, who took my chair

Yeah, that's total BS on their part; it's one thing to cancel your order (which is within their right to do), but another thing entirely to charge to your CC an amount different from that you agreed to pay for--especially if it turns out to be a higher amount--w/o your approval and/or letting you know ahead of time that they were going to or did so.

It is BS. Mine still shows the charges (15.87$) pending on my bank account. I have the chair it?s been assembled and I have thrown away my old chair. They send me an email Friday saying they made a mistake and they would sell me the chair for 40$. My packing slip says the chair was free. I wonder if they can legally charge me more for a chair I?ve already received or take it away?

My chair and filler items showed up today. Charge hasn't shown up on my CC yet, so we'll see if they try to charge me the full price. The packing list shows the $11 cost though, so it's looking good.

the chair is actually quite nice, and it wasted about 15 minutes of my life trying to get the order in; the chances are I would have spent more time on it if I tried to walk in a BM store location and pick one up.

The chair never arrived, and OD finally charged my CC today for the filler items only. I called Customer Service and cancelled the order. They are refunding the full charge, and I get to keep the filler items ($13 worth of laser printer paper). I'm satisfied

I agree that the whole thing is crap. I emailed them but never heard back about it. The problem is that I have no proof that I agreed to pay only the $0 for the chair plus the filler. The receipt they sent to my email says $42.89 on one order and the filler and corresponding amount on another. Ah well. It's only $40, and the chair is decent. It irks me, but I'm thinking that I've got better things to do than add more stress to my life...

Dude, dont give up. I am a Customer service rep, and if you make enough fuss they have to eventually bump you up to a manager. Guarenteed they are getting TONS of calls on this, and any bullsh*t that they tell you that you HAD TO HAVE agreed to $40 if you were billed $40 is total bullsh*t. They know whats going on and you have to keep the pressure on.

See if anyone else has a saved online recept and see if you can put your info into their recept, workshop that puppy because they made this pile of crap and they can sit in it

they made me return everything (filler items), so i had them pick it up from my house

Just checked my CC. 8.69 for a pack of 12 pencils and no chair! That's bogus. At least they should have given me the opportunity to cancel the entire order. Going to have to make some calls now.

I got my fill items (500 envelopes) and the chair...total came to $12.49. No calls, no emails...just got the goods.

I just got off the phone with OD. My filler item ( pack of dvd-rw's) were delivered last week, but not the chair. They said they were going to give me an entire refund, and allow me to keep the dvd-rw's free of charge. I guess I can't complain about free stuff.
