Just to let you guys know, the magazine subscription is through enews.com and my experience with them has been horrible. I signed up in December and was supposed to receive my first issue of Maxim in February, but didn't so I e-mailed them several times and got no response. March rolls around so I decide to call them. The CSR was so funny. First she tries to tell me that the subscription doesn't start for 12 weeks when their website clearly states 4-10 weeks. But this wasn't that big of a deal since she assured me my subscription would start that month. Then I ask her about why no one had responded to my e-mails and she said in a very indignant tone that they were busy answering phone calls and that there were e-mails since October that they haven't answered. Can you believe her? Who would tell their customers that sort of thing? Anyway, I tell her to go ahead and cancel my order since I didn't want to have to worry about their shoddy CS since I would have to contact them at least twice a year to change addresses (I'm a college student). I figure everything is done and good, but after returning home from college, I have received the May and June issues of Maxim forwarded to me by the USPS. I guess it takes them just as long to cancel as to start. Remember that the CS assured me that my subscription would start in March. I'm not doing anything and I have a printout of my account page that shows my subscription was cancelled so I can dispute charges. Personally, any company that takes that long to respond to inquiries does not deserve to get my hard-earned money.

*edit* I meant the June and July issues.
