goodness, well since hardly anyone could grab the file from marvels site. I decided to post it on (WOW!) an old site i made in high school. ancient and embarrasing is what it is. but to go to the page that has the download link, Here It Is!

I get error "The applicaiton failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application" What do I do?

Hey Manny. Are yuo sure the link is good? I got to your website but when I clicked on your file, it just gave me a blank screen. Is it my Pc or yuor site???

Well I guess the mystery has been solved as to why noone could find the download file from marvel! They are ending the dotComics downloadable player support june 30th, 2002.
Here is the story.

As for my download on my page, MY BAD! I would think the geocities uploader would upload a swf file as binary, but it didn't. It uploaded as ASCII and corrupted it. Oh well. But the good news is I checked it and uploaded the file along with the update files into one zip and tested it and it looks all good.

So from here on, you guys have only 10 days to download about 275+ MB of swf flash comic book goodness. So hopefully from here on everything works. My deepest condolences to shmuel on netzero. It will be kinda rough to do it all on dial-up which is what i think netzero is.

Note: people have been downloading this like crazy, so yahoo geocities have been implenting hourly data transfer limits. Again, would someone like to host?

Yes you are quite correct. But I suppose I can leave it on all night and download everything together. I would have been able to use the DSl line at work but tomorow's the last day of school so I will have no time to do that- .

Unfortunately, these necessary upgrades are incompatible with the dotComics downloadable player, which is no longer available for download. And, after June 30, all versions of the dotComics downloadable player will become obsolete and can no longer be used to access the on-line books.
